This is civic square wellington, hours before the Lord of the Rings parade. (it's usually less busy than this)
That cave troll was on top of the embassy for the Fellowship of the Ring. On the other side of this building (with the troll on it) was a cafe where I exhibitted artwork at.

The far building is where i saw the white stripes concert
